Roasted Chicken Soup 
Hearty soup with diced chicken in a rich roasted chicken broth, celery, carrot, onion, corn and pasta seasoned with fresh parsley and thyme. 

Italian Wedding Soup
Mini meatballs, spinach and pasta pearls with parmesan cheese in a light chicken broth.

Creamy White Bean and Chorizo Soup  
Chorizo is a slightly spicy Italian sausage that offers a great contrast to the creamy broth with fresh herbs, celery, carrots, onions and great northern beans.

Tortilla Soup
This Mexican style soup is chock full of chicken, celery, carrot, onion and shredded Monterey Jack cheese. It is served with homemade, seasoned, corn or flour tortilla strips.

 Pasta Fagioli
A Croatian bean soup that is hearty and chock full of kidney beans, ham, parsley, garlic and Ditalini pasta.

 Beef Barley
Tender chunks of beef and barley with assorted vegetables and tomatoes in an herbed beef broth.

 Minestrone (V)
A vegetable-lover’s delight! Homemade vegetable broth filled with green and yellow squash, green beans, carrots, celery, onion, kidney beans, tomatoes, potatoes, parsley, basil and a touch of Parmesan.

 Broccoli Cheese (V)
A thick and creamy soup chock full of broccoli, cheddar cheese, potatoes, celery, carrots and onions.

 Vegetable Chowder (V)
Zucchini, corn, onion, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and herbs in a creamy vegetable broth.

Baby spinach, mandarin oranges, green onions, chopped almonds and goat cheese with Ginger Soy vinaigrette.

 Spinach Salad (V)
Baby spinach, seasonal berries, green onions, feta cheese and toasted walnuts with white balsamic vinaigrette.

 Michigan Cranberry and Chicken Salad
Romaine hearts, dried cranberries, Gorgonzola crumbles, celery and toasted pecans topped with grilled chicken breast.
Served with raspberry balsamic vinaigrette.

Romaine hearts, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, hard-boiled egg, ham, salami and cheese with ranch dressing.

 Cobb Salad
A bed of romaine lettuce topped with diced chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrot sticks, chopped hard-boiled eggs, peas and cheddar cheese.

Neat, flavorful triangle purses filled with black beans, salsa and Mexican cheeses

 Turkey and White Bean Chili
Ground Turkey, onion, minced peppers, corn and white beans in a spiced-just-right tomato sauce.
Served with sour cream, shredded cheese and green onions.

 Mediterranean Chicken and Potatoes
Lightly seasoned chicken and potatoes baked with garlic, onion, sweet peppers, and artichoke hearts. Sprinkled with Parmesan Reggiano.

 Chicken Enchiladas
Tortillas filled with tender, shredded roast chicken, cheese, slightly spicy, red enchilada sauce and salsa baked in a mild green enchilada sauce and topped with melted Mexican cheeses. Served with dirty rice (rice, black beans, onions, roasted peppers and spices)

 Teriyaki Chicken with Peanut Sauce
Chicken breast strips are marinated in a sauce infused with honey, garlic, peanut butter, teriyaki and cilantro, then sautéed and served with a peanut dipping sauce. They are accompanied by a rice noodle salad.

 BBQ Chicken
Tender, juicy boneless chicken thighs grilled with a honey BBQ sauce and served with potato salad and cucumber/onion medley (instead of salad).

 Chicken Parmesan with Baked Ziti
Chicken breast seasoned and sautéed with Mediterranean spices topped with homemade tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.

 Asian Chicken or Tofu with Stir-fried Vegetables and Confetti Rice
Your choice of chicken or tofu marinated in a homemade Asian sauce, stir-fried with mixed vegetables and served over confetti rice (rice sautéed with carrots and onions).

 Stuffed Shells (V) 
Large pasta shells stuffed with a spinach ricotta mixture and smothered in a meatless pasta sauce. Accompanied by a side salad.

 Mini Penne with Mini Turkey Meatballs
This is a tasty pasta dish with mini turkey meatballs, small mozzarella bites, tomatoes, chicken broth and Parmesan cheese. Garnished with fresh basil.

 Mexican Lasagna
Corn Tortillas layered with sausage and lean ground beef, red onion, salsa, sour cream and cheddar cheese. 

 Spaghetti & Meatballs
Large hand formed meatballs simmered in homemade spaghetti sauce with fresh garlic, onion, parsley and basil, served over spaghetti.

 Meatball Marinara Subs
Tender, hand-formed meatballs made with fresh ground chuck and pork. They are baked in the oven, simmered in a rich and zesty marinara sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese.

 Southern Style BBQ Pulled Pork
Slow cooked, seasoned pork shredded and smothered in a tangy, southern style BBQ sauce. Served with sandwich buns and deluxe coleslaw.

 Spiral Sliced Ham with Pineapple Stuffing
Spiral Ham served with horseradish, mustard, and sweet/hot sauces accompanied by a cinnamon scented pineapple stuffing.

 Ham and Potato Casserole
Spiral sliced ham, cut into bite size pieces, layered with sliced potatoes, onions and seasonings. Drizzled with olive oil, it is baked to perfection and will satisfy the meat and potato lover in your family.

 Stuffed Peppers         
Sweet and Green peppers stuffed with a delicious filling of sausage, seasoned rice, onions, corn, and carrots. 

 Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes 
Moist and flavorful meatloaf topped with a chipotle glaze served with mashed potatoes and homemade onion brown gravy.
(Ketchup glaze can be subbed for chipotle)

 Taco Salad Bar
Specially seasoned beef served with romaine lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, tomatoes, black olives and green onions.
Served with tortilla chips and taco sauce.

 Sausages with Peppers, Onions and Pierogi  
Polish or Italian sausages browned with mixed peppers and sweet onions. Served with butter-browned pierogi and thyme.

 Chili
Ground chuck and pork in a thick chili sauce with chili beans, kidney beans, green pepper, corn, and diced tomatoes.
Served with sour cream, cheddar cheese and green onions.
